Service and account information. If you become a customer, we keep records related to the work we perform, such as service address, equipment make, model and serial numbers, diagnostic findings, work performed, parts supplied, estimates, invoices, and payment history.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our website, we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. If you pay us electronically, payment card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or precise geolocation through our website forms. Please do not include such information in a form or message.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. Opting out of text messages does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about work already in progress.

We do not sell or share mobile information, or text message opt-in and consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages and run our scheduling and billing systems, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and analytics
